If you've got fans of strawberry cheesecake in the house, this cool and creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream is a must-try!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries (fresh)
  • 3 graham crackers (coarsely chopped)

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
  2. Beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. Blend berries in blender until smooth. Add to cream cheese mixture with chopped grahams; mix well. Freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  3. Remove dessert from freezer 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before scooping into dishes.

This was delicious and easy to make. I used less lemon zest but otherwise followed the recipe. I made the graham cracker more like crumbs so I would add more next time.
