- 1 cup strawberries (diced, about 6 large berries)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 7 cups powdered sugar

First batch I must have done something wrong. The batch curdled so I threw it out and started again. Good thing I had extra strawberry purée. Second batch came out smooth and creamy but a bit runny. Put it in the fridge to thicken up and frosted cupcakes with thick mixture. Came out supreme!

This was a HIT! Thank you I would make it again & I did modify it by added more vanilla extract and ONLY 4 cups of confectioners sugar
