  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 red pepper (small, strips)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil, and cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Uncover, turn over the chops, and simmer for 2 minutes or more.
    2. Sprinkle on top, the garlic, onion, and pepper.
