Didn't work out for me. Meat was not tender and sauce not thick

Was delicious! We served it with roasted sweet potato and acorn squash. We didn't have a dutch oven which could go from oven to stove (moving apartment), so did it over a low heat on the stove for 60min ensuring it didn't dry out. It was perfect. Am excited to try it again in the oven. Was a huge hit with my family.

It was great! We cooked for 20mins longer at most. Added cornstarch and a pad of butter. We didn’t speak while eating

Um Yeah! I used a pint of Bock beer instead out of convenience. In addition, I used a little bit of maple syrup, fresh thyme and rosemary. Served on whipped potatoes with roasted carrots and celery. Bomb! 💣💥🍖🍽

Very good flavor combo! I used modelo because I didn’t have a stout beer on hand and a sprinkle of brown sugar to bring out the sweet flavor. It was delicious!

Delicious, and so easy since you just stick them in the oven and leave them. I also added some hoisin to thicken the sauce. We will definitely make again.

Great. Added a tablespoon of hoisin. Used beef shanks instead of ribs. Wish I didn't have to write so much.

Absolutely fantastic! Had to thicken the sauce a bit, but it turned into the perfect sauce topper on herbed jasmine rice
