  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 12 ounces stout

    Directions

    1. Place heavy cream in blender. Sift cocoa powder and confectioners sugar over cream. Process on speed 3 (mix) 30 seconds, until just beginning to thicken and get foamy.
    2. Scoop ice cream into 2 glasses. Pour stout into each glass. Top with Chocolate Foam and serve immediately.
