We used 2 green Serrano's, and only 1 tsp of Red pepper flakes to bring the heat down and it tasted great! I'll definitely be making this again.

I modified the recipe slightly by using ginger powder (instead of all the fresh ginger), white wine vinegar and some paprika (omitting the chili). It was absolutely delicious.

Not bad at all. Did it with some vegetables. A nice fragrance not hot at all. Not tough. A nice chew. The ingredients worked well. I would suggest for those who like salt to measure that out some more and decide if it is the right amount for you

This was SO good! Added mushrooms, pea pods and carrots and used dried chilies instead of fresh. This will be a constant in our menu, and cheaper then takeout

Added lots of extra vegetables: Sliced Onions, Sliced red bell pepper, crimini mushrooms, snow peas. Used jalapeños instead of red serrano’s. Delicious meal.

I've made beef stir fry before but this recipe specifically called for sirloin which was perfect. The ginger was a good ingredient. The hubby loved it! A great main dish to cook for company.

I cut back on the chiles. Was tempted to added red peppers and mushrooms. I think the recipe by itself is great.

Delicious!! I added brown sugar at the end (during final stir fry of the beef) because it needed a touch of sweet. Better than restaurant stir fry!
