Individualized bowls of crunchy sweet red pepper, bitter shallots, deep earthy thyme and sharp basil covered in a light soka sauce will have you loving vegetables all day long. In an already heated wok, this dish takes a matter of minutes for the chopped vegetables to caramelize and saturate themselves in the sauce. Simply plate and eat!
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 shallots
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 basil leaves (chopped)
- 1. Chop the zucchini and red pepper. Dice the shallot.
- 2. Heat a wok. When it is hot, add the soy sauce, which will quickly caramelize. Add the vegetables and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. At the end of cooking, add a little thyme and the basil leaves.
