- 1 mustard greens (big bowl Asian, /gai choy, washed and sliced)
- 1/4 cup anchovies (rinsed and dried)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- Heat wok with oil. When heated, add in anchovies, stir-fry until golden brown, add in garlic.
- Add in gai choy, stir-fry for a little while, add in light soy sauce and season to taste with salt.
