This was very good I used the veggies I had on hand, red peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli. I served it with brown jasmine rice and will definitely be making it again

Great. Doing it again on demand of my wife Was easy to prepare except I didn't have marinade time Tried a couple of small varieties off the original
