This was a great quick and easy recipe! I made just a few changes, adding a tbsp of minced garlic to the pork and subbing one of the tbsp of rice vinegar for rice wine (Shaohsing cooking wine). The flavors were perfect! This will be going in to my rotation as I love pork! With a 1/2 cup of white rice, it's an 11pt WW meal. Thanks for sharing!
