I really love wings and experimenting with new ingredients. These wing were tasty but needed an adjustment. I increased the amount of garlic to 4 cloves minced and loads of cracked black pepper omitting the Sriracha. Mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl and setting it aside, I started my Weber with the fire on one side. When fire was ready, I put the wings on the opposite side for indirect heating. Using Hickory Chips, I smoked the wings for about 40 minutes. I then put the wings back in the bowl with the marinade/glaze and gave them a good toss. Then I dumped all the wings on the fire side and grilled them on medium heat for another 10-15 minutes being careful not to burn. I have to say, those wings turned out finger licking good!
