    It’s an ok recipe. For me, it took an extra 10 minutes to cook the cauliflower to a doneness that I like and the sauce makes way too much for the amount of cauliflower. Ingredients like soy sauce and rice vinegar are very expensive where I live, so I try to use them well.

    I made too much sauce compared to cauliflower. It's a great sauce and works great with cauliflower, and most other roasted vegetables I'd imagine, just make sure not to overdo it with the sauce because it can get sickeningly sweet.
