It is good, but next time I will cut the maple syrup by half, it is too sweet, and I will make sure that the cauliflowers don’t catch extra amount of the batter.

It tasted great but the batter was too thick and slid off the cauliflower once I added the sauce

This is one of my favorite dishes ever! Even my "where's the meat?" father enjoyed it and was willing to eat it again!

This is awesome! I made the following changes: removed the salt from the cauliflower dip (the sauce has enough). Cooked the cauliflower for 20 min in the beginning, pulled out flipped and oiled again. Cooked for another 10 min. to make the bites crispier. In regards to the sauce, I added more siracha and garlic chili paste (instead of just garlic), cut the syrup in 1/2 (as it was pretty sweet). Cooked it in the oven for 5 min, but did not pour it over the cauliflower until it was plated.

    It's a little too sweet

The sauce made it taste exactly like sesame chicken! It was really really good! My only issue was the batter sticking to the baking sheet but that might've been my fault
