  • 3 stalks rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (yesssss, for that heat!)
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • ground pepper
  • coriander
  • cucumber
  • cooking oil (vegetable oil, sunflower oil…)

    Directions

    1. For the rhubarb glaze: Wash the rhubarb and cut off the ends. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
    2. Add oil and minced garlic to a small sauce pan or pot on low heat and stir.
    3. Then add the rhubarb and turn up the heat to medium and continue to stir.
