It tasted good but it didn’t turn out like the pictures. There wasn’t enough sauce. Once I added the chicken to the sauce it became a bit soggy. Not sure if I’ll try it again.

I did not change a thing and it was fabulous

Soooo goood! Came out perfect! Only change is that I would make more sauce next time

kids loved it! Thought i had panko in the pantry, i didnt. just used regular breadcrumbs instead. was still good but panko ones like suggested would have been better 😊

My husband is a garlic fan, and he loved these! I actually used chicken breast chunks made in advance, tossed them in the sauce without the panko/egg. The bites were sooo flavorful! We are considering tossing in some broccoli or snap peas next time and serving over rice.

this was really good. i didnt salt the chicken, it was a saltiet sauce. used maple syrup instead of honey - our son is under 1 and cant have honey. cut the siracha right down but we also had to add sweet and sour sauce to cut the spiciness for our little ones. i love the ginger and the tanginess with the garlic.

It was delicious! Though i forgot to get the low sodium soy sauce...the taste was a bit too strong but next time im going to make it correctly

The recommended amount of ginger was a little much, next time I’ll use less. Very good otherwise!

I think I over did the garlic., but my family loved it.

Fantastic! Just add rice and extra honey. Every time I make this my friends think I'm an amazing Asian food chef

Terrible, overpowering soy sauce!!! One bite then it met the bin. Spend enough on ingredients to go to waste

It turned out great! This was the second time I made it. It was so easy to prepare. I substituted agave nectar for the honey, to reduce the carbs.

Wow! It's amazing how close to inedible this is! WAY too much garlic. The siracha just intensifies the garlic. It's both bitter, too spicy, and overpoweringly garlicy! I took one bite and coughed it up. My mom did basically the same thing. I spent over an hour on this and it was a waste.

This was horrible! Sorry. I don't mind spicy but this was ridiculous. The sauce was way too thick. Perhaps with some modifications, it could be better, but I doubt it. Once again wasted my time and effort to put a decent meal on the table only to end up throwing it out!! Don't waste your time on this!!!

Made several modifications to this recipe: 1) took out the hoisin sauce and replaced it with some BBQ sauce. 2) double breaded the chicken pieces 3) cut the amount of soy sauce in half 4) added a teaspoon of chili garlic sauce 5) added some diced jalapeno 6) thinned out the sauce with a 1/4 cup of water 7) doubled the amount of green onion. With all these modifications, this recipe was decent but not fabulous. Wouldn't serve this to guests. But it is indeed very convenient and easy to make for yourself.

This is the single worst recipe I've ever found on Yummly. I saw how popular it was and I've always liked the popular recipes I've tried on this site but this was the exception. Even with reduced sodium ingredients, this was inedible. I also left out the Kosher salt that was called for. I served it outside and 3 people (including myself) literally had to spit it out. Our mouths were burning from the sodium and I had to throw it all away. I'm not against salt and prefer salty/savory recipes to sweet ones but this was awful. I've had some iffy recipes before but this is the only one I've felt compelled to warn people about.
