  • 6 sausages (sliced)
  • 2 onions (sliced thinly)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ginger (minced)
  • 5 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 pinches turmeric
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • water
