Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1 onions (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 beef sausage (smoked, sliced)
  • 1 pork sausages (smoked, sliced)
  • 1 sausages (black pudding, or blood sausage, sliced)
  • 2 slices bacon (diced)
  • 1.5 kilograms broad beans
  • 3 leek leaves (green, chopped)
  • 1 sprig cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 sprig mint (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 cup water
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and bay leaves.
  2. Add sliced sausages and diced bacon.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Place mixture in a pressure cooker and add remaining ingredients.
  5. Tightly seal lid.
  6. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, according to manufacturer's instructions.
