  • 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (large, reconstituted and liquid reserved, stemmed, and chopped, 1/2 cup)

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

    This recipe is great, it yielded 30 dumplings and tasted better than the restaurant bought ones. I made a simple dipping sauce with regular soya, mirin, ginger and green onion to go with it. I will definitely make them again soon 🙂
