- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 green onions (minced)
- 1/2 kilogram nopales (cut into strips)

Directions
- 1Place a frying pan on the stove at medium heat and pour in the vegetable oil.
- 2Add the garlic and onion and cook for 1 minute.
- 3Add the nopales and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well and then cover the pan with a lid.
- 4Cook everything for approximately 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 5Uncover the pan and cook everything for another 15 minutes or until the liquid has completely evaporated. Serve warm.
