I just added some cajun seasoning when I made this recipe and it really hit the spot.

I’ve made this twice now. I add additional spices to mine. Seasoning salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Not sure on amounts, I just poured. lol It’s amazing!

First time was easy, and tasty. Turned out even better the second time when I used Polish sausage instead of smoked sausage.

Added carrots and cooked it in my instant pot for 12 minutes on high. Turned out great!
