This is a 5 star recipe! Made it this evening and got rave reviews.......the flavors complemented each other and it was not difficult to make. I grilled the steak instead of cooking in oil in a sautée pan and used 5 fresh figs instead of dried figs. Also used just collard greens and kale for the greens and used 3 cloves of garlic with the greens. I found that I needed to cook both the greens and the potatoes longer than the recipe indicated but I 'm sure cooking times vary according to people's tastes. A definite keeper!
