It might seem a bit strange but these are actually really delicious! These Steak Tartare Mini Pops come in bite size doses which make for a perfect eating pattern. They are packed with protein and have wonderful flavors! These Steak Tartare Mini Pops are super easy to make at home and make for a perfect party meal option. Try them out! Ingredients

  • steak
  • fat
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 shallot
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • bread
  • wafer
  • mixed salad greens
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Add steak, lemon juice, celery, shallot, a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Form the steak mix into small balls and insert into popsicle molds, then insert the sticks.
  3. Place in refrigerator 6 hours.
  4. Remove the pops from the molds and cover with sesame seeds.
  5. Place in single-portion serving trays on top a piece of fried bread.
  6. Garnish with salad, thin slice of lemon and sea salt.

What a wonderful idea to put steak on a portable stick. This 5 star recipe was tantalizing with the combination of steak, sesame seeds, and just a hint of lemon. All around delicious treat I can use for special occasions.
