Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, oil, baking soda, baking powder, coffee, salt, and vanilla.
- Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Add the flour and milk in small separate batches, and mix well, creating a thin batter.
- Pour batter into lined or lightly oiled and floured muffin pans. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Just follow the recipe and it will be delicious! We put some chocolate pastells and walnut on the top - was a good idea 😀.
