    This was delicious! Super moist and was gone in less than 2 days! After I made the cake part and before making the icing, I realized, for my taste, it was plenty tart enough. So, when making the icing for it, rather than using lemon extract, I substituted vanilla extract.

    Very moist! Great flavor. I am not sure if it makes 2 loaves unless you use smaller loaf pans didn’t raise very high using larger loaf pans. Would make again and loved able to use box cake
