This turned out great! And the added bonus was my entire house smelt sooo good once it came out of the oven! I did need to bake this for 1 hr. & 15 minutes. I added the Struesel later on top and and snaked in down Into the batter in an “S” pattern, and then sprinkled what was left on the top. Next time I’ll try the Stuesel Layer as instructed though!

Delicious! I used melted coconut oil for the oil because I like the extra bit of flavor it provides. The ribbon of brown sugar and cinnamon really kicks it up a notch. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Flavor good. Had to bake a lot longer than recommended. probably an hour 15 and center still sunk in while cooling. Will try again though.

Awesome!! Doubled and made it in a bundt pan, cook time was about 1.5 hours or so, I did the cinnamon sugar in the batter as mentioned and on top. To prevent over browning after 1 hour and 10 minutes I tented the pan with foil. Popped a little icing on top for fun

I tested at 45 mins, wet. Added 10 more, wet! Went the full 60 mins and pulled it, and let it sit in the Pyrex to cool. Very good, but the bottom was darker, and I think a little less done than the top. Is a Pyrex loaf dish too insulated or something? Will try aluminum next time and see. I'm a cook, not a baker, but had some too-far-gone bananas and wanted to try. Still delicious.
