- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use Tamari Soy sauce for Gluten Free)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (use distilled white vinegar for Gluten Free)
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (homemade or regular)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 pounds florets
- chopped cilantro (for garnish)

It was super easy and delicious. Took a bit longer to get tender in my oven. I thought it lacked some flavor and a squeeze of lime made it over the top great.

I followed the recipe exactly as written, using regular Sriracha sauce. This was a nice side dish. It was easy to prepare and was very tasty, without being overwhelming.
