Description

Creamy, savory, with a little tang, the mustard sauce makes this seafood dish complete. Easily made in one pan to minimize the mess, this gluten free squid delicacy is ready in less than an hour. Serve with rice or over pasta.

Ingredients

1 onions (small, chopped)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
olive oil (as needed)
100 grams bacon (thin strips)
1 kilogram squid (clean)
4 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon tomato paste
200 milliliters cream
salt (as needed)

Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in a large pan with a little olive oil on medium heat.
2When golden, add bacon, and fry a little. Add the sliced squid, season with a little salt, and add the mustard, and tomato paste. Cook for 10 minutes.
3Add the cream, mix well, and cook for another 10 minutes.
4Serve with white rice.
