Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onions (peeled and diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled and diced)
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 kilogram squid (cut into 4-cm. pieces)
  • cognac
  • 500 grams canned tomatoes
  • 1 banana peppers (diced)

Directions

  1. 1Saute together the onion and garlic in a little oil on low heat.
  2. 2Once softened, add the squid and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. 3Add the cognac and cook until the alcohol evaporates out.
  4. 4Then, add the tomatoes and banana pepper. Simmer another 10 minutes.
