    I made it first originally. Used Ghee to fry it with.Turned out ok but too peppery. But I had only white pepper. Next day I did not chop the onions by hand, I used a ninja chopper. Chopped it too long which made it too soopy. Onion flavor overpowered the patty after frying and had odd taste. Next ones I made I added 1 tbs sugar along with the salt and only 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Chopped onion by hand. Added to flour mix 1/4 teaspoon sage powder. Fried in Ghee ( butter fat). The sugar rounded it up I believe. I want to try next ones with coconut flour ( have to look up equal part to all purpose flour). Also will try shredded potatoes and skip the flour. Will have ketchup or salsa with patties. A good basic recipe. Want to compare small tender zucchini vs. taste of yellow squash. Have more of it. Thanks.

    I would definitely add extra seasoning. Basically came out like nuggets. Taste was very good but I think them being spicy might add to the experience.

    I loved these. I added some of my own seasonings but they are a great substitute for hashbrowns during breakfast, lunch and dinner!
