I loved this dish. I avoided it becoming too runny by adding the sliced tomatoes only on the top layer in the last 15 minutes of cooking and covered them with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese. Everyone enjoyed the flavors and I loved using the fresh veggies from the garden.
