  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (unprocessed)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons fennel seed (coarsely ground)
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds (ground white, ., c. 1/2 cup before grinding, as they expand in grinding. Grind in a handheld grinder)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (whole, soaked and dried if possible)
