Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pastry (shortcut)
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 80 grams cooked ham (cubed)
  • 5 asparagus (green)
  • 1 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2Roll out the dough and spread in a pie pan. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with bread crumbs.
  3. 3Cook the peeled asparagus for 4 minutes in a saucepan of salted boiling water.
  4. 4Drain and refresh in cold water.
  5. 5Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt, pepper, thyme leaves, and a pinch of turmeric.
  6. 6Place the ham on the bottom of the pie pan, pour in the egg/milk mixture, then add asparagus and tomato slices.
  7. 7Bake for 35 minutes.
