Description

This delicious quiche features fresh asparagus and tomatoes with ham for a flavor-packed dish. Ingredients

1 pastry (shortcut)
3 eggs
250 milliliters milk
80 grams cooked ham (cubed)
5 asparagus (green)
1 tomatoes (sliced)
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
3 sprigs fresh thyme
turmeric
salt
ground black pepper

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Roll out the dough and spread in a pie pan. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with bread crumbs.
3Cook the peeled asparagus for 4 minutes in a saucepan of salted boiling water.
4Drain and refresh in cold water.
5Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt, pepper, thyme leaves, and a pinch of turmeric.
6Place the ham on the bottom of the pie pan, pour in the egg/milk mixture, then add asparagus and tomato slices.
7Bake for 35 minutes.
