  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast (/ 1 sachet of)
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • 1 cup lamb (cut roast)
  • olives
  • 1 cup asparagus (chopped, and woody ends removed)
  • 1 can passata (or of tomato's)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • cheese (your choice / what you have in the fridge/ gruyere)

    Directions

    1. 1. In a bowl, combine 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water, the sugar, and the yeast.
    2. 2. Put the tomatoes in a pan with a splash of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and the basil. Reduce until its a sauce consistancy, not watery anymore...
    3. 3. When your yeast is nice and frothy (5 mins or so), add the flour, salt, olive oil and baking powder
