Description

A light soup bursting with fresh vegetables and flavor. A quick cheap option for dinner when you are trying to keep it light. Gluten free.

Ingredients

  • water
  • 1 chicken breasts
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 carrots (sliced)
  • fresh mushrooms (chopped)
  • frozen corn
  • 1 onions (chopped)
  • 1 leeks (chopped)
  • 5 leaves savoy cabbage (chopped)
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. 1Bring to a boil a large pot of water.
  2. 2Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  3. 3Add the chicken and vegetables to the boiling water, season with salt, and simmer until everything cooked.
  4. 4When ready, sprinkle with olive oil, and a few drops of soy sauce.
