Spinach, Ricotta, and Dates Wrapped in Turkey Cutlets

  • turkey breast cutlets
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 ricotta cheese (mild)
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • spinach (Pesto, optional)
  • pitted dates
  • butter (to taste)


  1. 1Season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. 2Heat a skillet with a little olive oil, and add garlic and spinach. Cook until spinach is slightly soft.
  3. 3Place the cutlets on a baking tray, and add a layer of spinach, crushed ricotta cheese, and the dates.
