Agreed that feta didn't add much, as well as replacing with fresh spinach (not that significant a cost increase, IMHO).

Last time made it with bacon bits minus the salt and mushrooms but that was still to much salt. I used ham and no salt or mushrooms and it was great😁😁
I did it with a pre-done crust and added brocolli, pear, chilli and dried rosemary on top. Took it to a picnic with friends by the lake and we drank some berries cider with it and everyone absolutely loved it :)

This was so good! Made once with canned mushrooms and once with fresh, both were good but with the fresh was better.

Perfect! Some egg dishes are so heavy, but this was light and fluffy. Fussed around with the cheeses (feta, swiss) and amounts (much less) and used fresh spinach with thin sliced potatoes in lieu of mushrooms. Also used 2% milk. Did not need to cook nearly as long as stated, maybe 1/2 the time. Sides of zucchini w tomatoes and arugula salad with beets. Very satisfying and little kitchen mess.

Easy to make. I don't think the feta added anything. It would've been better with cheddar. Three stars.
