  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
  • 10 ounces white mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup sweet onion
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1 package knorr pasta side stroganoff
  • 10 ounces baby spinach leaves

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak about 4 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.
    2. Add mushrooms and onion to same skillet and cook about 4 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Continue boiling 8 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved steak and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
