Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 150 milliliters apple juice
  • 1 green apple (diced)
  • 1 kiwi (diced)
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Iswari chlorella
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves (chopped)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, soak chia seeds in water for a few minutes.
  2. Pour chia seed mixture in blender. Add apple juice, kiwi, apple, mint leaves, and spinach.
  3. Mix until well blended with a creamy consistency.

I have a green smoothie every morning so I love finding new flavor combinations. This was tart and refreshing and so healthy. I will definitely be adding this to my morning routine.
