Description

- 1 bunch spinach (washed and cleaned)
- 1 cup lettuce (washed and chopped)
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and use a paper towel to blot off the excess grease.
- Heat the vinaigrette in the skillet until it begins to simmer. Set aside to cool.
- Place the spinach and lettuce in a salad bowl. Cut the bacon into pieces and add to the salad. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
