Ingredients

1 bunch spinach (washed and cleaned)
1 cup lettuce (washed and chopped)
2 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
salt and ground black pepper

Directions

1Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
2Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and use a paper towel to blot off the excess grease.
3Heat the vinaigrette in the skillet until it begins to simmer. Set aside to cool.
4Place the spinach and lettuce in a salad bowl. Cut the bacon into pieces and add to the salad. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
