Great recipe! Turned out great! The only thing I did different was substitute the soy sauce and sugar by using coconut aminos seasoning sauce since it’s a replacement for soy sauce and it’s slightly sweet already... which also helped make this recipe gluten free friendly :) Oh! And I added red pepper flakes bc I enjoy spicy food.

a nice variation from my usual garlic spinach. i suggest adding some chillies and put less sugar.

Amazing! Normally not the biggest fan of spinach but I loved this dish. I also threw in some shrimp for protein and used oyster sauce instead of soy sauce for a little more flavor.
