  • coarse salt

  • 1 pound pizza doughs (store-bought, thawed if frozen, cut into 4 equal pieces)
  • 30 spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups sauce
  • 8 meatballs
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (torn into pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
