  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 100 grams ground beef (cooked)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic, minced)
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 3 drops sauce (maggi, may substitute soy sauce)
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil (or cooking spray)
  • tostadas (Purchased, or tortillas, crisped in the oven or on a skillet.)

    Directions

    1. Saute the onion in the oil until transparent and add the spinach. Cover and let cook until reduced. Add the beef, let cook for 3 minutes and add the cottage cheese. Add the salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, cumin, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more.
    2. Serve on tostadas.
