- 1 bunch spinach
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 100 grams ground beef (cooked)
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove garlic, minced)
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 3 drops sauce (maggi, may substitute soy sauce)
- salt and ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil (or cooking spray)
- tostadas (Purchased, or tortillas, crisped in the oven or on a skillet.)

Directions
- Saute the onion in the oil until transparent and add the spinach. Cover and let cook until reduced. Add the beef, let cook for 3 minutes and add the cottage cheese. Add the salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, cumin, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Serve on tostadas.
