  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 250 grams goats cheese

Amazing!!! I made this for a dinner party and I got so many compliments. Wrapping this in bacon keeps the spinach and cheese in, and it keeps the tenderloin super juicy. Delicious recipe!

Great. But you need to give a BBQ heat setting in your write up. We did it on a medium setting on the BBQ which equated to 375 deg on the BBQ heat indicator
