  • 100 grams bulgur ([3oz / full US 1/2 cup)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 large garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 500 milliliters water ([US 2 cups])
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 chipolte
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch coriander
