This was very tasty and a hit with my family. The first time I made it, I cut the chicken breasts in half as suggested. The second time, I bought the thinly sliced breast at the store and it worked even better. It was quicker cook time too. I also substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream.

This turned out to be really flavorful and juicy! The one thing I changed about the recipe was that I used chicken seasoning instead of just salt and pepper.

Umm this was amazing! The chicken turns out so savory and doesn’t get all dried out like chicken breasts get sometimes. I made it pretty well how it was directed. So good definitely try it! And I started cooking at 4:30pm- the chicken was does and ready by 5! So quick and easy! I did cut the chicken thinner because I don’t have a meat tenderizer. That helped rolling it up.

Once you add spices of your choice and ingredients such as mushrooms it becomes really great! I accompagned it with quinoa boulourg with sun dried tomaties peppers and ognons. Very glad of the result!

Great meal, but needs a few changes. Firstly, I'd recommend butterflying a chicken breast, filling it with the spinach mixture, and then lying another butterflied breast on top of that and toothpicking the two together. Secondly, next time I'll season the outside of the chicken so the bites without filling are still enjoyable. Thirdly, be careful with how much garlic you use-- err on the side of less. Fourthly, be sure to use a skillet that will be oven safe (I didn't, and I think I lost out on some flavor)! Overall good meal, will be making again!
