I didn’t sear it in the pan first I just put it in the oven and I didn’t have any toothpicks to hold it together but overall it came out pretty good and it was super easy. I used mozzarella cheese & my side dish was asparagus. I’ll make it again.

It tastes really well! I let the chicken sit in lemon juice for a few minutes and substituted the salt with Adobo for a more seasoned taste. Also, I didn’t have Monterrey Jack so I used mozzarella instead.

This is a fantastic recipe! Quick and easy! Great flavor! I served this with rice pilaf and roasted potatoes! My children who can be picky at times even ate it!

Very nice. Scaled the recipe back for two people easily and we made a few substitutes as in, we had no sour cream and swapped the spinach for kale (again, all we had on hand). It's all about technique with this one I think. Don't skip the pan searing!! It totally locks in all of those delicious juices and keeps these babies moist. We fried potato wedges in the searing pan to have with.. delicious! We'll definitely have again but thinking the sour cream might just give it that much more zip so going to add next time.

Turned out very good. A very easy recipe to follow. I skipped the searing step and it still turned out great. Good flavor, you can use whatever seasonings you like. Tasty tasty

Actually turned out great! i only wish I flatted the chicken more but none the less it still was yumny! I ended up adding my extra leftover spinach mix on top and adding more cheese, then baked more til the cheese had a nice brown. I made about six breast, will definitely try again to better my skills. enjoy!

Great dish. I used fat free sour and frozen spinach, thawed it then squeezed out water. Still turned out excellent.

This was fantastic and easy to make. Make sure to get the chicken good and thin, initial wrapping and searing is a bit of a pain without a good wrap. Flavors were perfect, not too strong. 100% will cook again. Optionally, add bacon bits for a little more taste.
