I was surprised the chicken was still moist after the oven ordeal. I mixed the Monterey cheese with Feta, it tasted fantastic! My daughter loved it as well.

This was delicious I did wrap mine in bacon and added 2 teaspoons of pesto and switched out the cheese for feta as that was all I had in the fridge and it tasted amazing Thanks for the recipe definitely a hit!!

Great dish! I used yogurt instead of sour cream in the spinach mixture and added a few coursely chopped walnuts for crunch. Everyone really enjoyed the meal served with roasted carrots and fingerling potatoes.

Great! I used 2 large chicken breasts and the stuffing was just right. I baked it for 20 minutes to make sure the chicken was cooked. Very good!

It tasted great. The outside of the chicken was very bland. It would have tasted a lot better if it was lightly breaded with a seasoned breading or just seasoned more. I was really disappointed when I pounded the chicken and parts of it wouldn’t budge. It makes me realize how managers hormones they are using.
