Really easy to make and hard to mess up also not too many ingredients. I used coconut oil instead of olive oil and honey mustard instead of Dijon 👌👌👌

Aloha all! Just a quick note. This was an insanely simple project for dinner. The taste was fantastic, and it was easy to modify (just a touch). In place of the sun dried tomatoes, I substituted sliced granny smith apples...when life gives you granny smith apples...you use 'em for dinner. Highly recommend this one for a quick and easy dinner. I paired it with string beans and mashed potatoes. Happy cooking!
