- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 bag baby spinach
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 1/4 orange pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Mexican cheese
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. salt (each, pepper and paprika)
