  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
  • 1 onions (small, chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (choice, I used extra virgin olive oil, but coconut oil or hempseed oil could be used instead. Vegan buttery spread is another option.)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 3 roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ground black pepper
  • sea salt
