  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (in water, drained and roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • black pepper
