Good stuff, added some feta instead of Monterrey. Needed some more spinach on my part and less salt seasoning. Otherwise great recipe!

Eating it now and it's delicious! Added a squeeze of lemon, and extra clove of garlic and a bit Parmesan to the dip itself. Baked in a buttered 9" round baking dish as directed

This is soooo delicious. I make it all the time & all my friends and family who have tried it love it, too. I use full fat sour cream & cream cheese. And I could never find Monterey Jack by itself, so I've just always used "Colby and Monterey Jack". I also mix the Parmesan, instead of putting it on top. Anyways, yum. I eat it with tortilla chips until I'm sick.

We made this and crostini as an entree. It was good, but adding some shredded chicken would have made it a better dinner. Perfectly acceptable for an appetizer!

Omg! This dip is so easy yet tastes so professional. Although if you don't have jack cheese we just used cheddar instead and tasted about the same as when we did it with jack. Also using one extra clove of garlic makes the flavor more vibrant. All in all very good and very simple. 🍲🍴

Instead of Jack cheese, I used asiago, parmesan and romano. full fat cream cheese full fat sour cream served with home made tortilla chips
